Return & Exchange Policy

At Beautilil, we are committed to providing our customers with authentic, high-quality skincare and personal care products. Due to the hygienic nature of these items, returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined below.

 

1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery.

Products must remain:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In their original packaging

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

A return or exchange request may be accepted only in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged.

• The product received is different from the order placed.

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

• The shipment arrives with clearly damaged or tampered packaging, documented with photos or videos at the time of delivery.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

The following situations do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

• Allergic reactions, skin irritation, or sensitivity to ingredients. Individual skin responses may vary, and customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchase.

• Minor variations in color, scent, or texture, which may occur naturally between production batches.

• Differences between product images and actual packaging due to manufacturer updates or product improvements.

• Variations in fill level, which may occur due to manufacturing and packaging standards.

• Customer change of mind after the order has been shipped or delivered.

• Refusal to accept delivery after the shipment has been dispatched.

4. Reporting Issues

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Customers must provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the unboxing

• Images showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.

All returns must receive prior written approval from Beautilil before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Once a return request is approved:

• Customers may choose a replacement product or a refund, when applicable.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Beautilil reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by Beautilil are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized suppliers.

Claims regarding product authenticity will not be accepted as valid grounds for return, unless supported by verifiable evidence.

7. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or expired item), Beautilil will cover all return shipping costs.

• If the customer requests a return or exchange for personal reasons, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect and record the unboxing of the package upon delivery.

If the product is confirmed to be in perfect condition at the time of delivery, later requests for returns or exchanges may not be accepted.

9. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

Beautilil reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent claims, or repeated return abuse.

10. Policy Updates

Beautilil reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
