Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods such as sales events, holidays, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.

We partner with Flextock to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Egypt.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the courier system.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship within Egypt only.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.
Address Accuracy & Order Modifications
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing an order.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If an error is discovered, please contact us immediately. While we will try to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Beautilil is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept the order
the shipment may be returned to us. Any additional shipping fees required for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide:
• Clear photos or videos of the package and product
• The order number
After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Beautilil is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
However, we will always work with our shipping partners to help resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
